ESP Trainer by Russell Targ

See this page for information about Russell Targ’s ESP Trainer app for the iPhone.

As it says on Russell’s webpage,

In a year long NASA program with 145 subjects (under Contract 953653 NAS7-100) many were able to significantly improve their scores. Four of the subjects improved their scores at the hundred-to-one level or better. This approach has been used with surprising success on Wall Street. But of course, past results are no guarantee of future performance.

Because you are learning a new skill, slower is better than faster.

If you find yourself frequently scoring 12 or more, write to the developer: Contact Russell Targ

That's interesting. I must admit that when I go on gotpsi, I usually look at when I pick the wrong card and see what I felt when I looked at the card that was correct. Then, next round, I can look for that feeling when looking at the cards. Each day, my skills change. Some days, it's the very fastest thing that comes to mind, pure instinct. Other days, it's patterns. I recognize the pattern from a previous time. Other times, it's color. Other times it's whichever card to me looks further away visually than the others--I'm very spatially oriented. By doing this frequently, I learn more about the feelings I get in my body when I'm in the right groove. I've learned a lot about how I get information and how I can manipulate information. Great brain exercises!

This effect seems huge. If this effect can be stabilized or can be maintained stable, it could very well act as a breakthrough factor large enough to bypass dogma. I find it very surprising to see effect sizes of this magnitude in this well know setup.Thank you for posting this; and please update your blog should further developments occur on this work.

Hello (from France:)

I recently heard Russell Targ in a meeting about remote veiwing in Paris. So I get the ESP trainer's app on my Iphone.

How often do we use this app to get better ? Each day ? And how long ? 15 minutes per days ?

Can you give me informations ?

Thank's :)

As when learning any skill, as often as possible!
